In general: A very warm welcome awaits you at this lovely B&B. Dawn and Jason are excellent hosts and can't do enough for you. The accommodation is ideally located to access the tram station, the pier, and all that Llandudno offers. The breakfast is plentiful and people with dietary requirements can be catered for. We had a family room which was bright, spacious and spotless. Would we stay here again - most definitely. Location and surroundings: This B&B does not have a sea view but it is close to all amenities making it an excellent base. The beach, pier, town, and tram station to reach the Orme are close by. Service: Excellent - Dawn and Jason will support you in any way they can to ensure a pleasant stay. Their knowledge of Llandudno and the surrounding areas is also very helpful. Dining: A hearty breakfast awaits you and people with special dietary requirements can be catered for. Room: Good, clean facilities with little touches such as tea/coffee making facilities, and milk assigned to each room for those of us that like multiple cups of tea. Useful tips: This B&B is great for business travelers, families on a budget or people who want a more family feel accommodation. Check in is from 2pm and check out 10:30am, however the B&B will always do its best to assist guests.

The central location of this Victorian hotel was a bonus. the property was so close to Llandudno downtown. - Neat and airy units with comfy beds, TV, and extra pillows. - the staff were outstandingly accommodating. Me and my family members we enjoyed the room, it was huge and neat.

Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Great Orme. On top of that, restaurants and pubs were close to the property. Superior double room was brilliant and gorgeous had hypoallergenic pillows.

The family room with extra pillows was very comfortable. the knowledgeable staff made our stay enjoyable. - the vegan breakfast was perfect and accompanied by fresh bottled water and good coffee. - Exceptional service and excellent value were truly appreciated.

This place is clean, the staff is lovely and nice, and the location is great for enjoying the town's nightlife, the superior queen room with a TV and extra pillows was gorgeous.

The breakfast was vegan and perfect, with Easter mini eggs and fresh bottled water and fruit juices. the location was excellent and lovely, close to the town centre, the Great Orme Tramway, promenade, and pier.

The rooms at Branstone Guest House were impeccably clean and huge, with comfy beds. the staff were accommodating and served a gorgeous and amazing breakfast with good coffee and fresh bottled water.

My room was amazing, it had a cozy fireplace, convenient central heating, and even came with an iron and ironing board. the breakfast was top-notch - absolutely delicious, and I was thrilled with it! 🌟 the parking was close by, which made things super easy.
